Not as busy as the twelve days before Christmas, but we've had lots going on after Christmas, too!
On the first day after Christmas, the Sherman Family...
went to California to celebrate Christmas with Matt's family.
(Don't worry, I won't try to make this into a song)
On the next 11 days, we...
- Played with LOTS of cousins
It just wouldn't be right to end the year without another injury on his face...he fell off a toy in Grandma's backyard in CA and landed on the brick patio. Ouch!- Took care of sick kids with colds
- Went to see the lights at the Cactus Gardens at the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory
(We usually go before Christmas, but since we didn't make it, we went after and it was just as pretty and fun!)
- Went to a fantastic New Years Eve party
- Ate at Famous Dave's BBQ with friends
- Saw Bolt in 3D- all four of us loved it!
-Bought Zac a new bed
-Put away Christmas decorations (well, Mom and Dad cleaned up and these two made more messes...)
"helping" fold the laundry-Played with lots of new toys and games
-Went to Chuck E. Cheese (and celebrated a couple of birthdays)
-Zac started Sunbeams!
-Kayden got a new tooth (that makes 7!!!)
-Had fun with Daddy on his days off work
trying out the new Plasma Car at the park2009 is off to a great start! Happy New Year!

Zac looks cute with his short haircut. I really did think you were going to write a song...how funny. Looks like you had fun! And did you decide what phrase you want, by the way?
we found Famous Dave's when we lived in Wisconsin. We loved it and the closest one to us is about 2 1/2 hrs away....
Sounds like you had a wonderful time! Maybe we should have stayed in CA and you could have come visit us, lol :)

Thanks for inviting us to Famous Daves, we loved it. We are still sad that Zac isn't in the same class with E, hopefully next Sunday will be better.
Look at those face! Poor Zac- I shouldn't be suprised though, right?! He really does look like Caleb now- and so grown up!
